Job summary

Pink Camel in Dubai is seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive revenue growth in payment solutions and fintech services. You will identify new markets, manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and build strong relationships with key clients for long-term partnerships.

You will collaborate with operations, compliance and customer service to ensure smooth onboarding, negotiate terms, and deliver tailored commercial offers while monitoring market trends and competitor activity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in payment solutions, fintech or financial services.
• Proven track record of generating new business and hitting sales targets.
• Understanding of payment solutions and international payment processes.
• Experience managing the full sales cycle.
