Job summary

Paylink Global Payments Limited is seeking an International Payment Business Development Manager to expand our payment business across Europe from Dubai. You will focus on merchant acquisition, partnerships with PSPs, acquiring banks, and payment institutions.

The role requires strong cross-border payments experience, English plus an additional language, and willingness to travel and relocate overseas. Remote or on-site work is available with international market exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Business, or Sales.
• 2–5 years of payment industry business development experience.
• Experience in cross-border payments, PSPs, and merchant acquiring.
• Existing payment industry resources are required.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
• Outgoing personality with strong networking ability.
• Willing to travel and relocate overseas.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand payment business in European markets.
• Build and maintain merchant and payment partner relationships.
• Develop payment channel resources (PSPs, acquiring banks, payout partners).
• Onboard merchants and support payment integration.
• Conduct market research and identify business opportunities.
• Achieve merchant growth and transaction volume targets.
