Job summary

Albaddad Group is hiring a Business Development Manager to drive new business growth across Steel Structures, Prefab, Modular & Events in the UAE and GCC. You will identify opportunities, build strategic relationships, and convert prospects into profitable projects.

Demonstrated hunter mindset, extensive network in real estate, EPC, and events sectors, and a track record of closing high-value deals are essential. Travel across UAE/GCC is expected to secure opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, Marketing or related field.
• 7–12 years of proven Business Development / Sales experience.
• Strong UAE market experience preferred and GCC experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets in UAE and GCC.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across markets and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Build relationships with developers, contractors, government entities, event organizers and consultants to win projects.
