Job summary

HireAlpha in Dubai, UAE is seeking a Sales Manager / Business Development Executive for the Events & Exhibition sector. You will identify opportunities, build client relationships, and drive the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.

The role requires 3+ years in events/exhibitions, a strong network, and a proven track record of winning projects. You will develop proposals, negotiate terms, and contribute to strategy in a fast-paced events environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales/business development in events or exhibitions.
• Established client network and industry connections.
• Proven track record of winning and closing event projects.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in events and exhibitions.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate, government, semi-government, and institutional clients.
• Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and convert opportunities into projects.
• Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and negotiate deals.
• Maintain long-term relationships and identify repeat business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to spot opportunities.
