Job summary

Meethaq Manpower LLC is seeking a driven Business Development Associate to join our UAE team, focusing on expanding client partnerships across the Emirates.

You will own the full commercial cycle—from identifying hiring needs and engaging decision-makers to securing recruitment assignments and developing repeat business—while working with a dedicated recruitment team.

This role offers travel within the UAE, performance incentives, and a dynamic work environment focused on growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 6–8 years of relevant business development experience in UAE recruitment, staffing or white-collar manpower solutions.
• Proven track record of acquiring clients, closing opportunities and achieving sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the UAE market and client hiring needs.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target companies across the UAE with current or upcoming hiring needs.
• Build and manage a strong prospect pipeline through networking, referrals and direct outreach.
• Monitor market signals, including business expansions, new locations, company launches and hiring activity.
• Engage decision-makers, conduct client meetings and understand their talent requirements.
• Present Meethaq Manpower LLC’s services and develop proposals tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate existing commercial terms and convert opportunities into agreements.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure clear briefs, timely delivery and a positive client experience.
• Develop long-term client relationships, generate repeat business and identify opportunities to expand accounts.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline forecasts and activity reports.
• Meet agreed commercial targets and contribute to the company’s growth in the UAE.
