Job summary

Precise Communications & Design LLC is seeking a results-driven Business Development professional to expand our UAE staffing and recruitment business. You will identify clients, build a robust pipeline, and lead end-to-end deal closes through networking and targeted outreach.

The role requires hands-on lead generation, strong communication, and the ability to develop long-term client relationships. UAE visa and driving license are mandatory; Arabic is a plus and English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of UAE market experience in Business Development/Sales.
• Hands-on experience in client acquisition, lead generation, and deal closing.
• Experience with LinkedIn and social media for business development.
• Must have UAE visa and driving license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and identify new business opportunities within the UAE staffing/recruitment market.
• Build and maintain a strong client pipeline through networking, LinkedIn, social media and other channels.
• Generate leads, arrange client meetings, understand staffing requirements and present proposals.
• Negotiate terms and drive opportunities from initial contact through to closure.
• Achieve business development and revenue targets and monitor market trends.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure effective client engagement.
