Job summary

HBSS UAE is seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth in the UAE market. Based on-site in the United Arab Emirates, you will identify opportunities in company formation, licensing, visa, and PRO services, and lead the end-to-end sales cycle.

You will generate and qualify leads, conduct client meetings, prepare proposals, and nurture relationships with new and existing accounts to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Freshers / Own visa or dependent visa preferred.
• Strong new business development and lead-generation skills with a track record of meeting targets.
• Solid understanding of business setup and company formation processes in the UAE market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients.
• Experience in account management and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads, conduct client meetings, prepare proposals, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate information, timely service delivery, and effective follow-up on client requirements.
