Job summary

Bureau Veritas is seeking a Business Developer (CER) in Abu Dhabi to drive new business, manage full sales cycles, and maintain a strong pipeline. The role collaborates with auditors and product specialists, reporting to the Sales Manager within Certification – UAE.

You will develop relationships across energy, utility, building, infrastructure, and industrial sectors while ensuring excellent client satisfaction and achieving monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or engineering.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in TIC industry.
• Awareness of ISO standards and management systems.
• Sales and ISO related trainings desired but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development in Abu Dhabi and other Emirates.
• Identify, qualify and win new sales.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to receivables.
• Maintain monthly target achievement and healthy pipeline.
• Ensure Salesforce accuracy and active pipeline management.
• Collaborate with technical teams to structure winning proposals.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients throughout project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners across sectors.
• Report on sales performance and KPI targets.
