Job summary

Bureau Veritas is seeking a Business Development Manager - Downstream for UAE, focused on expanding market presence across refining, petrochemicals, gas processing, terminals and storage. You will cultivate strategic accounts, lead cross-functional teams, and drive opportunities from identification to award in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

You will manage relationships with senior executives, EPCs and consultants, coordinate technical and commercial inputs, and ensure alignment with HSE and quality

Qualifications

• Specialist in downstream oil & gas, petrochemicals or industrial services.
• Experience in B2B sales and account management in UAE.
• Knowledge of procurement, tendering and contract negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Develop UAE downstream market map with priority accounts and tender pipelines.
• Build senior-level client relationships with procurement, operations and project teams.
• Lead bid strategy, pricing alignment and competitive proposals.
• Maintain CRM with opportunities, forecasts and next steps.
• Drive order intake, revenue and margin through strategic account growth.
