About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead requirements management for Disruption & Welfare Management solutions at flydubai Airport IT. This role is critical in ensuring seamless passenger handling during flight disruptions, covering accommodation, transportation, meal vouchers, compensation, and customer communications.

You will collaborate closely with Airport Services, Reservations, NCC, Customer Experience, and Finance teams to define, document, and deliver solutions that enhance passenger recovery and welfare management.
