Zoho in Dubai seeks an experienced Business Analyst to drive digital transformation in airline eCommerce. You will work with product owners, UX teams, and technology stakeholders to optimize customer journeys across web and mobile platforms.
Responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, translating them into user stories with acceptance criteria, and supporting Agile delivery, UAT, and performance monitoring.

- 5+ years’ experience (4+ in Business Analysis within airline/travel/eCommerce/digital).
- Strong knowledge of airline booking flows & operations.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, analytics, APIs, UX principles.
- Immediate to 30-day joiners; relocation possible with valid passport.
