Job summary

Zoho is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Dubai to own .NET with Oracle DB integrations for airline PSS/GDS platforms and reservation systems. You will design, build, and maintain interfaces using EDIFACT, NDC, and XML/JSON, supporting ticketing, revenue accounting, and inventory management.

You will also develop APIs, handle production incidents, participate in on-call rotations, and mentor junior engineers while aligning with IATA standards and interline agreements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain integrations with PSS platforms (Amadeus Altéa, Sabre, Travelport, Navitaire, Radixx) and GDS networks (Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport/Worldspan/Apollo).
• Develop and support systems for reservations, ticketing, fare calculation, inventory/availability, PNR management, and revenue accounting.
• Work with EDIFACT, Type A/B, NDC, PADIS, AIDX messaging formats.

Experience Required: 5+ years in .NET with Oracle DB

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain integrations with leading PSS platforms (Amadeus Altéa, Sabre, Travelport, Navitaire, Radixx) and GDS networks (Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport/Worldspan/Apollo).

Develop and support systems for reservations, ticketing, fare calculation, inventory/availability, PNR management, and revenue accounting.

Work with industry-standard messaging formats: EDIFACT, Type A/B, NDC, PADIS, AIDX.

Build and maintain APIs/interfaces (SOAP/REST, XML/JSON) between internal systems and GDS/PSS endpoints.

Own production support for PSS/GDS incidents — triage, root cause analysis, permanent fixes.

Participate in on-call rotation for critical booking/ticketing systems.

Collaborate with revenue management, reservations, airport operations, and interline/codeshare teams.

Write and maintain runbooks, monitoring, and alerting to reduce recurring incidents.

Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architecture decisions.

Ensure compliance with IATA resolutions, interline agreements, and data standards.

Mandatory Skills
