Job summary

Zoho in Dubai is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain integrations with leading PSS platforms and GDS networks. You will work on reservations, ticketing, fare calculation, inventory, PNR management and revenue accounting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain integrations with PSS platforms and GDS networks.
• Develop and support reservations, ticketing, fare calculation, inventory, PNR management, and revenue accounting systems.
• Work with EDIFACT, Type A/B, NDC, PADIS, AIDX messaging formats.
• Build and maintain SOAP/REST APIs between internal systems and GDS/PSS endpoints.
• Own production support for PSS/GDS incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Participate in on-call rotation for critical booking systems.
• Collaborate with revenue management, reservations, airport operations, and interline/codeshare teams.

Experience Required: 5+ years in .NET with Oracle DB

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain integrations with leading PSS platforms (Amadeus Altéa, Sabre, Travelport, Navitaire, Radixx) and GDS networks (Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport/Worldspan/Apollo).

Develop and support systems for reservations, ticketing, fare calculation, inventory/availability, PNR management, and revenue accounting.

Work with industry-standard messaging formats: EDIFACT, Type A/B, NDC, PADIS, AIDX.

Build and maintain APIs/interfaces (SOAP/REST, XML/JSON) between internal systems and GDS/PSS endpoints.

Own production support for PSS/GDS incidents — triage, root cause analysis, permanent fixes.

Participate in on-call rotation for critical booking/ticketing systems.

Collaborate with revenue management, reservations, airport operations, and interline/codeshare teams.

Write and maintain runbooks, monitoring, and alerting to reduce recurring incidents.

Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architecture decisions.

Mandatory Skills

Candidate Requirements

Willingness to work onsite in Dubai (5 days/week).
