Job summary

PeopleStrong in Dubai is seeking a skilled BIM Modeler with 4 to 8 years of experience to develop, coordinate, and maintain BIM models for MEP and modular construction projects in accordance with project requirements and industry standards.

The role involves collaboration with engineers, BIM Coordinators, and project teams to produce coordinated models, shop drawings, and construction documentation supporting prefabrication and installation activities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
• 6-8 years of BIM modeling experience focused on MEP projects.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Experience in modular construction, prefabrication, or DfMA is preferred.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and BIM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM models for MEP and modular construction projects.
• Prepare coordinated shop drawings, installation drawings, and fabrication drawings.
• Coordinate MEP systems with architectural, structural, and modular design requirements.
• Participate in clash detection and resolution processes.
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards, project specifications, and LOD requirements.
• Support prefabrication and modular construction workflows through accurate model development.
• Incorporate design revisions and maintain model accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
