Job summary

iTech Engineering Consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior BIM Engineer specializing in Mechanical systems. This role requires developing and managing MEP BIM models while ensuring compliance with project standards and providing technical guidance to other BIM team members.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4–7 years in BIM with a focus on Mechanical systems, a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, and experience in UAE/GCC projects. Key responsibilities include model audits, technical support, and multidisciplinary coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–7 years of BIM experience in MEP projects specializing in Mechanical systems.
• Experience in commercial, residential, and healthcare projects.
• UAE/GCC project experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage MEP BIM models focusing on Mechanical systems.
• Produce BIM deliverables including layouts, drawings, and quantity take-offs.
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards and project specifications.
