Job summary

MEPCO MEP Modular Factory in Dubai is seeking an experienced MEP Modular BIM Engineer. You will lead the development of modular BIM models (LOD 400), create fabrication and installation drawings, and coordinate with production, QA/QC, and site teams.

The role requires hands-on expertise in Revit MEP, Navisworks, and modularization of complete MEP zones. A graduate degree in Building Services Engineering or related field is required, with 5+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

5+ years of MEP/BIM/design experience with modularization/prefabrication/DfMA preferred.
Graduate degree in Mechanical, Electrical, MEP, Building Services Engineering or related discipline.
Expert proficiency in Revit MEP and Navisworks.
Proven ability to develop LOD 400 BIM models, fabrication/shop drawings and installation/assembly drawings.
Strong experience in converting conventional MEP designs into fabrication‑ready modular solutions.
Ability to modularize complete MEP zones and complex assemblies.
Strong understanding of MEP coordination, constructability, fabrication, transportation, lifting and site installation.
Ability to perform or coordinate structural/stress analysis of MEP modules with relevant software.
Experience coordinating with factory production, QA/QC, project and site teams.
Experience developing modular design standards and fabrication methodologies is an advantage.
