Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai is seeking an experienced BIM Modeler to develop and maintain accurate 3D MEP models using industry-standard BIM software, ensuring alignment with project specifications and design intent.

You will generate detailed 2D drawings, sections, and schedules directly from the model for construction documentation, coordinate MEP systems with architectural and structural models, and perform spatial analysis to optimize layouts for constructability and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Possession of BIM certifications (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) is highly advantageous.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a BIM Modeler within MEP disciplines.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit MEP, Navisworks, and AutoCAD MEP.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate 3D MEP models using BIM software, ensuring adherence to project specifications and design intent.
• Coordinate MEP systems with architectural and structural models to identify and resolve clashes early in the design process.
• Generate detailed 2D drawings, sections, and schedules directly from the 3D model for construction documentation.
• Perform spatial analysis and design validation to optimize MEP system layouts for constructability and performance.
