Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
• 6-8 years of BIM modeling experience focused on MEP projects.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Experience in modular construction, prefabrication, or DfMA is preferred.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and BIM workflows.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and maintaining accurate BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), and modular design works in accordance with project requirements and industry standards.

The role involves close collaboration with engineers, BIM Coordinators, and project teams to produce coordinated models, shop drawings, and construction documentation that support efficient project delivery, prefabrication, and installation activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong proficiency in Revit MEP, a sound understanding of MEP systems, and experience in modular and off-site construction methodologies.
