Job summary

Sobha Constructions LLC seeks an experienced BIM Modeler to develop, coordinate and maintain BIM models for MEP and modular construction projects. You will work closely with engineers, BIM coordinators and project teams to deliver coordinated models, shop drawings and construction documentation to support prefabrication and on-site activities.

The ideal candidate has strong Revit MEP skills, a solid understanding of MEP systems and experience with modular/off-site construction methods, ensuring

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
6-8 years of experience in BIM modeling for MEP projects.
Proficient in Revit MEP, AutoCAD and Navisworks.
Experience with modular or DfMA approaches is preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain BIM models for MEP and modular construction projects.
Prepare coordinated shop drawings, installation drawings and fabrication drawings.
Coordinate MEP systems with architectural, structural and modular design requirements.
Participate in clash detection and resolution processes.
Support prefabrication and modular construction workflows through accurate model development.
