Job summary

Brainlake Advertising LLC is seeking a senior bilingual copywriter fluent in Arabic and English for a 12-month remote engagement on large GCC digital transformation programmes. You will own content across websites, digital platforms and digital communications, translating complex strategies into clear, on-brand messaging in both languages.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Arabic (Modern Standard Arabic) and professional fluency in English, written and spoken.
• 6+ years of copywriting experience with a strong focus on digital channels (websites, platforms, apps, campaigns).
• Portfolio showing bilingual digital work, covering both UX/microcopy and marketing/communications.
• Proven ability to transcreate and localise content between Arabic and English, not just translate.
• Experience with enterprise/government/semi-government GCC clients preferred.
• Strong understanding of digital content best practice: readability, accessibility, information hierarchy and SEO rules.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver polished content under tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit and transcreate copy in Arabic and English for websites, portals, mobile apps and other digital platforms, including UX/microcopy and navigation labels.
• Produce digital communications such as email campaigns, newsletters, announcements, social media content, push notifications and campaign messaging.
• Develop bilingual tone-of-voice guidelines and terminology glossaries for consistency across channels.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to shape content within user journeys and RTL layouts.
• Turn client briefs and research into content structures and messaging frameworks, and present content rationale to senior stakeholders.
• Own content quality end-to-end, proofreading and reviewing for accuracy and adherence to standards.
• Manage multiple workstreams and deadlines in a structured, document-driven delivery environment.
