Job summary

Qualifications

• Native Arabic and professional English fluency.
• 6+ years of copywriting experience focusing on digital channels.
• Portfolio with bilingual digital work covering UX/microcopy and marketing/communications.
• Proven ability to transcreate and localise Arabic–English content.
• Experience with enterprise, government or GCC clients.
• Knowledge of readability, accessibility, SEO and information hierarchy.
• Ability to deliver polished content under tight timelines.
• Confident communicator able to present and defend content decisions to senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable working remotely across time zones and during GCC business hours.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit and transcreate copy in Arabic and English for websites, portals, mobile apps and other digital platforms.
• Produce digital communications such as emails, newsletters, announcements, social media content, push notifications and campaign messaging.
• Make Arabic content read natively and stay culturally relevant while preserving intent.
• Develop tone-of-voice guidelines and terminology glossaries for consistency.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to shape content in user journeys and RTL layouts.
• Turn client briefs and research into content structures and messaging frameworks.
• Participate in client workshops, present rationale and incorporate feedback from stakeholders.
• Own content quality end-to-end, proofreading and reviewing team work for accuracy and standards.
• Manage multiple workstreams and deadlines in a structured, document-driven delivery environment.
