• Conduct periodic studies of the facilities under supervision, as well as studies aimed at optimizing and utilizing the Municipality's resources and facilities. Conduct field surveys across different areas to identify residents' needs for facilities, distribute security guards and inspectors across all affiliated sites and facilities, and ensure the effective deployment of recreational facility guides, cashiers, and recreational merchandise vendors across various sites and facilities.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive database containing all relevant data on public facilities across the Emirate of Dubai to support the preparation and implementation of required studies.
• Develop and design satisfaction surveys to measure the satisfaction of stakeholders with the Municipality's public facility services, including visitors, school students, members of the public, and other relevant groups. Analyze survey data and derive relevant findings.
• Allocate security guards and inspectors across all affiliated sites and facilities, ensure the provision of all necessary security and safety requirements to safeguard visitors and users, and verify the proper execution of assigned duties.
• Ensure the effective deployment of recreational facility guides, cashiers, and recreational merchandise vendors across various sites and facilities, and arrange for replacements when required, including during different types of leave.
• Review best practices in the field of public opinion survey studies and conduct benchmarking studies, and provide recommendations on the adoption of the most effective practices to enhance service delivery across public facilities.
• Prepare periodic reports on completed works and activities, challenges and difficulties encountered, and the measures taken to overcome and address them, and submit such reports to the direct supervisor within the specified timelines.
• Perform all assigned duties and responsibilities in accordance with the Municipality's approved information security and confidentiality policy and within the delegated authorities.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities related to the nature and scope of the position, as assigned.
