Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a qualified professional to conduct periodic studies of public, recreational, and neighborhood parks within the Emirate of Dubai. The role includes field surveys to assess residents’ needs, security coordination across sites, and distribution of recreational materials.

Responsibilities

• Conduct periodic studies of public parks, recreational parks, and neighborhood parks in Dubai to identify residents' needs and allocate security across sites.
• Develop and maintain a database with information on public and neighborhood parks for studies.
• Prepare and design satisfaction surveys for stakeholders and analyze results.
• Review best practices in public opinion surveys and conduct benchmarking studies with recommendations.
• Prepare periodic reports on activities, challenges, and corrective actions for supervisor review.
• Comply with Dubai Municipality information security policies and participate in security training.
• Perform other duties related to the position as assigned.

• Conduct periodic studies of public parks, recreational parks, and neighborhood parks in the residential areas of the Emirate of Dubai, as well as studies aimed at utilizing and optimizing the available resources and facilities in public parks and recreational parks. Conduct field surveys across various areas to identify residents’ needs for the provision of neighborhood parks, in addition to allocating security guards and supervisors across all affiliated sites and facilities, and ensuring the effective distribution of recreational facility guides, collectors, and recreational merchandise vendors across various sites and facilities.
• Develop and maintain a database containing all relevant information and data related to public parks, major recreational parks in the Emirate of Dubai, and neighborhood parks in residential areas, for the purpose of conducting the required studies.
• Prepare and design satisfaction surveys for stakeholders regarding public park and recreational park services, including visitors, the general public, and other relevant parties; analyze the survey data and draw conclusions from the results.
• Review best practices in the field of public opinion survey studies and conduct benchmarking studies, and provide recommendations on the adoption of best practices to deliver distinguished services in public parks and recreational parks.
• Prepare periodic reports on completed activities and work, challenges and difficulties encountered, and the measures taken to overcome and address them, and submit such reports to the direct supervisor within the specified timelines.
• Comply with information security policies and protect data and information in accordance with the approved Data Classification Policy of Dubai Municipality; report any violations or security breaches through the channels designated by the Department; and participate in information security training programs.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities related to the nature and scope of the position, as assigned.
