Job summary

noon is seeking a Lead, Business Development to own a strategic merchant segment in the UAE, close high-value enterprise deals, set the playbook for the team, and manage segment-level pipeline, revenue, and health.

You will mentor 2–4 BD professionals, collaborate with Operations, Fleet, and Product, and shape commercial models and pricing strategies to drive growth for noon's UAE logistics and last-mile platforms.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in B2B commercial roles (business development, enterprise sales, key account management, or commercial strategy).
• Experience in logistics/last-mile/e-commerce enablement is a plus.
• Ability to reason with unit economics and pricing strategies.
• Comfortable pitching to founders and decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Close strategic accounts: enterprise merchants, D2C brands, marketplaces, category leaders.
• Build commercial constructs: multi-year contracts, volume commitments, SLA-linked pricing.
• Coach the team: mentor 2–4 BD Executives and Specialists, review pipelines, coach pitches.
• Lead cross-functionally: partner with Operations, Fleet, and Product.
• Own the playbook: define and execute the commercial operating plan.
