Job summary

UpMan Placements is seeking a regional business development leader to own enterprise new-logo acquisition across the GCC, including UAE and KSA. You will drive targets, build multi‑stakeholder deals, and shape monthly and quarterly revenue growth.

Responsibilities include prospecting, solutioning, negotiating contracts, and building strategic partnerships with customers and ecosystem partners to secure capacity and long-term growth in logistics and 3PL sectors.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in B2B sales or business development
• Proven enterprise new-logo wins and quota over-achievement
• Experience building business across GCC markets (UAE, KSA, others)
• Background in logistics, freight, supply chain, 3PL or related industries

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise new-logo acquisition and revenue targets across the GCC.
• Prospect, solution, negotiate, contract and go-live for complex multi-stakeholder deals.
• Forecast, report, and maintain a healthy regional pipeline in CRM.
• Build strategic partnerships with ecosystem partners and industry bodies.
