Job summary

noon is expanding Noon Business to the UAE public sector, building trusted relationships with federal and emirate government entities and securing strategic government accounts.

You will own the end-to-end government sales cycle from supplier registration to framework agreements, leveraging cross-functional teams to deliver compliant procurement solutions that drive scale and value for government buyers.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in B2B sales, government relations, or public-sector procurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead expansion of Noon Business into UAE public sector and establish Noon as a trusted supplier.
• Manage supplier registration and government procurement platforms, ensuring registrations are up to date.
• Identify opportunities across federal and local government entities and prioritize onboarding based on potential.
• Drive end-to-end tender and RFQ management from proposal to contract award.
• Develop strategic relationships with procurement leaders and key decision-makers across government entities.
• Translate public-sector requirements into actionable procurement solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and optimize the public-sector sales model and scalable playbooks.
