Element MEA is seeking a results-driven Business Development Associate to join our UAE market-focused team. Based in Dubai, you will own the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, while visiting clients across the UAE.

You will engage with senior decision-makers, present workforce solutions, and build long-term partnerships in professional services, financial services, technology, and more. A strong UAE network and 6–8 years in business development are highly valued.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in business, sales or HR.
• 6–8 years of UAE business development or sales experience.
• Proven ability to acquire new clients and meet revenue targets.
• Experience selling recruitment, staffing, outsourcing or HR services is advantageous.
• Strong network with corporate accounts and senior decision-makers.

Responsabilidades

• Identify premium UAE companies with workforce needs.
• Develop new business opportunities across sectors including professional services and technology.
• Generate leads via direct outreach, LinkedIn, and events.
• Engage senior stakeholders to present tailored workforce solutions.
• Negotiate terms and close commercial agreements with clients.
• Maintain CRM records and provide regular progress reports.
