Job summary

Robot24.com is seeking a top-tier Sales Executive to sell our robotics media and broadcasting platform to senior decision makers across the UAE, GCC and international markets. You will open doors that others can't and own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed deals.

You'll work directly with leadership to shape how we sell, set the standard for the team, build a robust pipeline, negotiate high-value agreements, and mentor junior sales staff while keeping CRM sharp and forecasts

Qualifications

• 6 to 8+ years of proven B2B sales experience.
• A documented record of beating targets year after year.
• A track record of closing high-value deals with senior decision makers.
• Exceptional negotiation, closing and consultative selling skills.
• Outstanding presentation skills and executive presence.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong CRM and sales forecasting skills.
• Self-driven, resilient and hungry to win.
• Currently based in the UAE and available for on-site work.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and win high-value new business across the UAE, GCC and international markets.
• Open and close conversations at CEO, founder and C-suite level.
• Own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed deal.
• Build and run a pipeline that consistently beats targets.
• Negotiate complex, high-value deals with confidence.
• Build long-term relationships with key clients, brands and partners.
• Shape sales strategy, pricing and positioning with leadership.
• Work with Marketing, Editorial and Partnerships to win and grow accounts.
• Keep the CRM sharp, accurate and up to date.
• Report on pipeline, forecasts and market trends.
• Mentor and raise the standard of junior Sales Specialists and Associates.
