Job summary

Al-Futtaim, based in Dubai, seeks a Senior Manager Sales Support and Ops to drive commercial support and efficient execution for B2B corporate clients. You will lead sales enablement, deal structuring, contract execution and onboarding across the client lifecycle, partnering with the B2B sales team to optimize margin and service delivery.

In this role you will manage Relationship Management Executives, oversee Managed Transport Services, and act as the escalation point for complex client issues

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in client relationship management, corporate account management, or B2B service operations.
• Strong understanding of leasing, fleet operations, or automotive corporate services.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary relationship owner for high-value and strategic corporate clients, ensuring all interactions are managed efficiently and within SLA.
• Lead Relationship Management Executives and ensure seamless communication across internal departments.
• Oversee onboarding of new MTS clients and coordinate onboarding and oversight of suppliers to maintain high-quality service.
• Monitor and fulfill SLAs for MTS customers and oversee offhire management; collaborate with cross-functional teams for orders.
