Qualifications

• 10 years of automotive aftersales experience.
• At least 4 years in a leadership or regional role.
• Mechanical/engineering background essential.
• Experience overseeing operational performance across automotive service environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver revenue, gross margin, and profitability targets across the service center network.
• Manage performance against budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor commercial results and take actions to improve financial performance.
• Develop local retail opportunities to support customer acquisition and market share growth.
• Audit service processes and identify operational inefficiencies across locations.
• Oversee WIP management and reduce aging cases.
• Promote continuous improvement of workshop and customer-facing activities.
• Support digital adoption and process enhancements that improve service delivery.
