Al-Futtaim Automotive in Dubai seeks an experienced Automotive Aftersales Manager to lead service and bodyshop operations across the UAE. The role focuses on profitability, customer satisfaction, workshop performance, dealer standards, resource utilisation, and team development.

The candidate will oversee supervisors, coordinators, workshop staff, parts personnel, cashiers and support teams, with a strong emphasis on KPI achievement and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Five to eight years of automotive dealership experience.
• Experience delivering revenue, gross margin, and profitability targets.
• Proven experience managing service, workshop, or bodyshop operations.
• Knowledge of dealer and manufacturer operating standards.
• UAE or GCC automotive dealership experience is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Lead the daily performance of automotive service and bodyshop operations.
• Develop operational plans aligned with approved budgets and business priorities.
• Achieve monthly sales, gross margin, and net profit targets.
• Review financial performance and identify gaps against forecasts.
• Introduce corrective plans when revenue or profitability falls below expectations.
• Monitor labour sales, parts sales, repair volumes, and AR/WIP.
• Maintain consistent service standards across all areas under the role's responsibility.
• Provide management with accurate operational and financial updates.
• Promote sustainable business growth across service and bodyshop activities.
