Al-Futtaim Automotive is seeking a Service Manager to drive operational, commercial, and financial performance across its UAE Auto Centers. The role leads teams, enhances productivity, and supports expansion with a strong focus on customer experience and standards compliance.

You will oversee service processes, implement corrective actions, and develop a high-performing workforce across multiple locations in the UAE. Strong leadership and a background in automotive aftersales are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/automotive engineering.
• 10+ years in automotive aftersales operations.
• At least 4 years in a leadership or regional role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver revenue, gross margin, and profitability targets across all service centers.
• Drive operational excellence by auditing service processes and implementing improvements.
• Oversee work-in-progress management and reduce aging cases to improve cash flow.
• Ensure consistent execution of operating standards, quality requirements, and customer service.
• Lead, coach, and develop service center teams through training and performance management.
• Conduct site visits to monitor performance and support leadership teams.
• Identify and execute local retail business development opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement, digital adoption, and process enhancements.
