The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, PM discipline, MI reporting, and data-driven improvements across hybrid delivery modes in a dynamic financial services training environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing clients and stakeholders in a Learning & Development or training environment.
• Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple programmes in a fast-paced service-led setting.
• Experience producing management information (MI), handling reporting requirements, and working with data processes.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management and prioritization.

About the Team:

You will join Fitch Learning’s Programme Management team, a collaborative group responsible for delivering tailored learning solutions to corporate clients across a range of technical and professional development areas. The team works closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and faculty to ensure high-quality programme delivery and a seamless learner experience.

You May Be a Good Fit if:

• You have prior experience managing clients and stakeholders within a Learning & Development or training environment.
• You have strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple programmes simultaneously in a fast-paced, service-led environment.
• You have experience preparing management information (MI), handling reporting requirements, and working with data management processes.
• You demonstrate excellent attention to detail, time management, and prioritization skills.

What Would Make You Stand Out:

• Understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Experience using virtual meeting or training platforms such as Zoom and WebEx.
• Basic knowledge of SCORM.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills with internal teams, clients, and learners.
