Job summary

Fitch Learning is seeking an Associate Director, Data Science Trainer to lead and deliver advanced data science training from our Dubai, UAE office. You will design high-quality programs across data science, analytics, and applied quantitative skills for banks, financial institutions, regulators, and corporate clients, in in-person, virtual, and blended formats.

Fluency in Arabic is required, with the ability to deliver training in Arabic.

Qualifications

• Strong subject matter expertise in data science, analytics, statistics, machine learning, or a related field.
• Experience designing and delivering training, teaching, facilitation, or professional learning programs in technical subject areas.

• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

About The Team

You will join our Data Science Training faculty, a globally collaborative team that designs and delivers technical learning programs focused on data science, analytics, and applied quantitative skills for banks, financial institutions, corporates, regulators, and multilaterals. The team operates across in-house, virtual, and public courses, with high visibility across client engagements and a strong focus on practical, market-relevant learning solutions.

Trainers are expected to attend the office on a regular basis when not fulfilling training commitments.
