Fitch Learning, a global leader in professional education, seeks an Associate Director for our Dubai office. You will join the Programme Management team to deliver tailored learning solutions for corporate clients and complex early career programmes across the region.

In this role you will manage end-to-end delivery, coordinate internal teams, oversee learner administration, and drive data-informed reporting to enhance outcomes. Hybrid work environment with in-office and remote days.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development or training environment.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience preparing MI and handling reporting requirements.
• Attention to detail and good time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end logistical delivery of tailored learning programmes.
• Partner with L&D teams and clients to define objectives and measures.
• Create and manage project plans and schedules with internal teams.
• Oversee learner administration, including joining instructions and records.
• Drive programme reporting and client debriefs to improve outcomes.
