Job summary

Fitch Learning, part of Fitch Group, is seeking an Associate Director based in Dubai to lead end-to-end delivery of tailored learning programmes. You will collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure programme objectives are met and learning outcomes are achieved, across a range of professional development areas.

You will oversee programme planning, reporting, and learner administration, driving improvements in delivery quality and learner outcomes while partnering with LD teams

Qualifications

• Prior experience managing clients and stakeholders within a Learning & Development or training environment.
• Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple programmes in a fast-paced, service-led environment.
• Experience preparing management information (MI), handling reporting requirements, and working with data management processes.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end logistical delivery of tailored learning programmes, from short courses to longer, more complex programmes.
• Partner with Learning and Development teams and clients to define objectives and success measures, ensuring alignment with learning outcomes.
• Create and manage project plans and schedules, coordinating internal teams and stakeholders for efficient delivery.
• Oversee learner administration: joining instructions, records, client portal content, and e-learning testing.
• Drive programme reporting and debriefs, compiling feedback and client reports to improve delivery and outcomes.

About the Team:
You will join Fitch Learning’s Programme Management team, a collaborative group responsible for delivering tailored learning solutions to corporate clients across a range of technical and professional development areas. The team works closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and faculty to ensure high‑quality programme delivery and a seamless learner experience.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Manage the end‑to‑end logistical delivery of tailored learning programmes, ranging from short classroom courses to longer and more complex early career programmes.
• Partner with Learning and Development teams and clients to understand programme objectives, define success measures, and ensure delivery aligns with learning outcomes.
• Create and manage project plans and schedules, coordinating internal teams and stakeholders to deliver all aspects of programmes efficiently and effectively.
• Oversee learner administration, including joining instructions, delegate records, client portal content, learning pathways, and e‑learning configuration and testing.
• Drive programme reporting and debriefing by collating qualitative and quantitative feedback, producing client reports, and identifying opportunities to enhance programme delivery and learner outcomes.
