Job summary

Fitch Learning, part of Fitch Group, is seeking an Associate Director based in Dubai to lead end-to-end delivery of tailored learning programmes. You will collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure programme objectives are met and learning outcomes are achieved, across a range of professional development areas.

You will oversee programme planning, reporting, and learner administration, driving improvements in delivery quality and learner outcomes while partnering with LD teams

Qualifications

• Prior experience managing clients and stakeholders within a Learning & Development or training environment.
• Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple programmes in a fast-paced, service-led environment.
• Experience preparing management information (MI), handling reporting requirements, and working with data management processes.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end logistical delivery of tailored learning programmes, from short courses to longer, more complex programmes.
• Partner with Learning and Development teams and clients to define objectives and success measures, ensuring alignment with learning outcomes.
• Create and manage project plans and schedules, coordinating internal teams and stakeholders for efficient delivery.
• Oversee learner administration: joining instructions, records, client portal content, and e-learning testing.
• Drive programme reporting and debriefs, compiling feedback and client reports to improve delivery and outcomes.
