Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim Properties seeks a Senior Associate to support asset management and portfolio coordination in Dubai. You will coordinate portfolio activities across Hotels, Enova, and Offices, act as a central liaison among operators, internal teams, and senior leadership, and assist with budgeting and financial reporting.

The role includes executive support to the Vice President, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and document management to drive timely decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Real Estate, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 2-5 years of professional experience in the hotel industry.
• Sound understanding of asset management principles.
• Experience supporting business reporting, stakeholder coordination, or executive administration.
• Knowledge of hotel Profit and Loss reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate portfolio management activities across Hotels, Enova, and Offices.
• Serve as a central liaison between hotel operators, internal teams, and senior leadership.
• Prepare portfolio reports and management information packs.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
• Coordinate CAPEX requests and governance workflows.

Education
