Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Project Management, or Facilities Management.
• M100 Essentials of Community Management Certification is required.
• 3 years of experience in real estate or related service industries.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily community operations and facilities management service providers.
• Support development of policies, KPIs, and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure safety and standards.
• Manage customer complaints and coordinate resolutions with stakeholders.
• Handle reports, procurement, and service evaluations.
• Support community events and engagement initiatives.
• Liaise with owners’ committees and enforce community rules.
• Assist with budgets and service fee collections.
