The preferred candidate should hold a bachelor 's degree in Hospitality Management, Real Estate, Finance, or a related discipline and have 2-5 years of relevant professional experience. Previous experience within the hotel industry is important, particularly exposure to hotel operations, ownership reporting, asset management support, or corporate hospitality functions. Candidates should understand fundamental asset management principles and be comfortable reviewing hotel Profit and Loss information, budgets, forecasts, CAPEX requirements, and performance reports. Strong executive administration and coordination skills are required, together with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, maintain governance processes, organise documentation, and follow through on actions without losing attention to detail.
