Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in leasing coordination, shopping mall operations, commercial administration, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of leasing processes, deal documentation, and transaction coordination.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support new lease deals, renewals, amendments, holdovers, and terminations across the full transaction cycle.
• Prepare proposals, deal summaries, Internal Notes, TVRs, and DAC or PLG packs for approval processes.
• Manage end-to-end deal setup and workflow across CRM and Yardi systems.
• Coordinate with LCM and Legal teams on drafting lease agreements and amendments.
• Prepare leasing reports and maintain proper documentation control.
