Job summary

Aldar Properties PJSC in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced senior asset manager to lead strategic asset and portfolio management across commercial assets. You will drive leasing, capital investments, and governance to optimize value and customer experience.

Responsibilities cover asset enhancement, performance monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration with Development, Legal, Finance, and Operations to deliver investments and asset handovers.

Qualifications

• Min of 10+ years in real estate, property and asset management or related field.
• At least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record in valuation and financial modeling.
• Able to interpret transaction documentation (NDAs, MoUs, LoIs, SPAs).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement asset strategies to maximize long-term value and portfolio performance.
• Drive portfolio optimization through asset repositioning, enhancement, and capital recycling.
• Monitor market trends and asset performance to support strategic decisions.
• Lead leasing strategies to maximize occupancy, rental growth, and tenant retention.
• Coordinate asset enhancement programmes and CAPEX initiatives with stakeholders.
• Oversee performance of service providers through SLAs and governance.
• Build relationships with tenants, brokers, and external stakeholders.
