Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank in the UAE seeks a senior leader to drive the Business Banking sales force. You will manage a team to hit monthly and annual objectives, while ensuring top-tier client onboarding experiences and strict compliance with KYC policies.

You will oversee recruitment, training, and development, partnering with FAB Academy to build a strong, high-performing team and a culture of excellence across departments.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of experience in Banking or Financial Industry at supervisory level.
• Proven experience managing a team of sales officers within the Business Banking Liabilities segment.
• University Degree / MBA / PGDM or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead the assigned team to meet objectives/KPIs.
• Ensure recruitment, training, motivation and retention of staff.
• Track daily sales activity to ensure superior client onboarding.
• Compliance with KYC and bank policies.
• Balance sheet growth and revenue targets.
• People management and governance to mitigate losses.
• Lead sales for Business Banking Liabilities and Assets (Unsecured & Secured) for SME segment.
