Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: University Degree / MBA / PGDM.
• Experience: 10–12 years in Banking or Financial Industry at supervisory level.

Responsibilities

• Lead the assigned team to meet sales and revenue objectives.
• Oversee onboarding, KYC, and regulatory compliance processes.
• Drive cross-sell and client engagement across Business Banking Liabilities and Assets.
• Maintain Sales Performance MIS for review by Area Manager.
• Develop and deliver training to build a winning sales culture.
