Job summary

Grüns in Dubai is seeking an experienced lifecycle marketing leader to own automated email and SMS campaigns for a subscription-friendly brand. You will transition manual processes to an AI-powered testing engine, design end-to-end flows, and drive growth beyond on-site capture.

You will lead a offshore production team for design, build, and QA, implement data enrichment tools, and run structured testing roadmaps to show incremental impact across channels.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in-house lifecycle/CRM at a consumer subscription brand.
• Proven track record owning automated flows and campaigns across email and SMS.
• Experience running structured testing roadmaps with measured impact.
• Hands-on experience with personalization or data enrichment tools.
• Proficiency using AI as a core component of building, testing, and reporting.
• Experience in a business model with both subscription and retail presence.

Responsibilities

• Own 1:1 personalization across email, SMS, and direct mail channels.
• Manage end-to-end automated lifecycle flows including welcome, post-purchase, and winback campaigns.
• Transition lifecycle program from manual production to an AI-driven testing engine.
• Build email and SMS list growth engines beyond standard on-site capture.
• Evaluate and implement tools for customer data enrichment and actionable decision-making.
• Lead an offshore production team focused on design, build, and QA.
