Qualifications

• 2.5–3+ years of experience in Email Marketing or CRM Marketing.
• Experience with large user bases and diverse audience segments.
• Understanding of CRM, retention, and customer lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of CRM/product metrics and cohort analysis.
• Ability to work with data and draw actionable conclusions.
• Knowledge of email deliverability, spam rates, and domain reputation.
• Experience with CRM platforms and automated communications.
• Hands-on approach to tasks rather than delegating.
• Strong understanding of content creation and writing technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and launch email campaigns, trigger communications, and customer journeys.
• Work with segmentation and personalization for different user types.
• Analyze campaigns, cohort metrics, and product metrics to find growth opportunities.
• Work on user conversion, activation, and retention.
• Test hypotheses regarding content, segments, offers, triggers, and communication mechanics.
• Monitor email deliverability, spam rates, and domain reputation.
• Create technical specifications for content, design, analytics, and technical teams.
• Interact with product teams to integrate CRM communications into product scenarios.
• Manage email and mobile push channels.
• Perform email coding/layout independently when possible.
