Job summary

Capital.com seeks a Senior Operations Manager - AI Automation in the United Arab Emirates (Dubai) to lead automation across Operations, including Customer Support and FinCrime. You will own the automation roadmap, prioritize opportunities, and partner with Product and Engineering to build, test, and roll out automations with a human-in-the-loop where needed.

You will redesign processes so AI handles repetitive tasks, fixed rules cover predictable steps, and decisions requiring judgment remain

Qualifications

• Own the automation roadmap and increase automation share across Operations.
• Identify opportunities by analyzing time loss, errors, and repetition with measurable value.
• Redesign processes with users and control owners; decide where AI or fixed rules fit.
• Build prototypes and automations; work with Product and Engineering on integrations.
• Test under real conditions and ensure data, permissions, and controls; include human review.
• Lead rollout with managers and support adoption; document ownership and recovery.

Responsibilities

• Own the automation roadmap and prioritise opportunities with measurable value.
• Prototype and deploy AI-driven automations in live operations.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Operations to ensure production readiness.
• Test for incomplete inputs, unexpected outputs, and failed dependencies.
• Guide adoption and monitor quality, usage, and benefits after launch.
• Define controls, permissions and fallback procedures with stakeholders.
