Job summary

Capital.com is expanding its Dubai operations and seeks a Senior Operations Manager to lead the local team, align with global strategy, and act as the primary regulator contact. You will drive incident coordination, launch readiness, and AI-enabled improvements across regional operations, reporting to global leadership and collaborating with Compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations leadership in financial services or regulated environments.
• Experience building and leading operations teams.
• Direct experience as an operations contact for a regulator.
• Track record delivering through global functions you do not manage.
• Experience with operational KPIs, incident coordination and launch readiness.
• Clear communication with senior leaders; based in Dubai or open to relocation.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Dubai operations team day to day.
• Agree global strategy with Global Head of Operations and deliver locally.
• Serve as main operations contact for the regulator and coordinate with Compliance.
• Coordinate across global functions for service expectations and handovers.
• Own regional performance and drive fixes with accountable teams.
• Prepare operations for launches and major changes, escalating gaps.
