Job summary

Capital Com SV Investments Limited in Dubai seeks a Senior Operations Manager to lead and scale Dubai operations as we move AI and automation into core processes.

You will build and mentor the local team, align with global strategy, coordinate with regulators, and drive performance across incident management, launches, and vendor dependencies, reporting to regional and global leaders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations leadership in financial services, fintech, payments or another regulated environment.
• Experience building and leading operations teams.
• Direct experience as an operations contact for a regulator.
• Track record of delivering through global functions you do not manage.
• Clear communication with senior leaders; based in Dubai or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen the Dubai operations team and support it day to day.
• Agree global strategy with the Global Head of Operations and deliver it locally.
• Act as the main operations contact for the regulator.
• Work with the General Manager and Compliance to turn local requirements into operational actions.
• Coordinate delivery across global functions agreeing service expectations handovers and escalation routes.
• Own regional performance and incident coordination; launch readiness and improvements.
