Job summary

Appian seeks a Senior Advisory Solutions Consultant to lead the technical narrative during the sales cycle across the Middle East from Dubai. You will co-create strategic solutions with clients, build prototypes, and articulate the business value beyond demonstrations.

You will collaborate with Account Executives, craft responses to RFPs, and present proof-of-concept apps that solve real business problems, while shaping long-term client strategy and representing Appian at events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• 10+ years in solutions consulting or sales engineering for enterprise software.
• Hands-on technical background as Software Engineer or Technical Consultant.
• Partner with sales to plan accounts and hit revenue targets.
• Ability to discuss production environments, APIs, servers, and databases.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives to meet Middle East sales goals.
• Manage all technical aspects of a sales cycle from discovery to presentation.
• Develop comprehensive discovery to understand client business needs.
• Write and organize technical responses for RFPs and proposals.
• Build and present proof-of-concept applications addressing customer problems.
• Explain technical details and business value to executives.
